Facing the Shortage of Skilled Workers in the Film Industry
Monday, June 26
5:00 to 6:30 pm
Goldbergs Studios, Müllerstr. 46a, 80469 München
Bavaria is a home to film: the Bavaria Film Studios, the Penzing Studios, and many film productions are located here. But the glaring shortage of skilled workers, especially in mid-level positions in the industry, is already leading to massive cutbacks. Film shoots are being canceled, postponed, or moved abroad. In view of the complex challenges involved in nurturing new talent, we wish to focus on ideas and solutions to combat the shortage of skilled workers.
