A star-studded film about a dystopian Rome in the near future, where water and humaneness have become scarce commodities.
Three long years and still no rain. Rome is parched and the lack of water has radically changed life in the city. Plagued by thirst and restrictions, the Italian capital is teeming with desperate people, young and old, successful and marginalized, victims and perpetrators. All are trapped in the same nightmare, and all are in search of redemption.
