Julia Louis-Dreyfus manages to get even nastier and funnier in the excellent second season of VEEP. As Vice President Selina Mayer, she keeps scheming for more clout in the White House, or at least a little respect from the President. But as she puts it, she's in a "national ass-kicking contest with no legs and a massive ass."
