The story of an awkward, rather dull anti-hero was actiually a fairy tale set against some spectacular skiing footage. Though made on a very small budget on 16mm film, with almost no advertising, it found an audience. A success d'estime, it's called in the sports world... "It's said that self-made movie directors often make movies about themselves. Intense, personal, imaginative. And very often the directors themselves aren't aware of it until years later."
