Be My Baby
BE MY BABY is the story of 18-year-old Nicole, a girl with Down's syndrome, and her search for love. Her tenderness, energy and insistance, however, occassionally puts the people around her in awkward situations.

There have been a number of films recently that deal with adolescents with Down's syndrome. What's new about this film is that it focuses on issues that have, until now, been tabu topics: sex, the age of consent and when to have children, if at all. Complicated topics dealt with in a very gentle and entertaining way.
