Fatima Abdollahyan

Fatima Abdollahyan studied political science in France and Germany and did an MA at Westminster University London. In 2009, she graduated from the University of Television and Film Munich with her film KICK IN IRAN, which premiered at the 2010 Sundance Festival and screened at over 30 international film festivals. Her film FREEDOM BUS premiered at FILMFEST MÜNCHEN in 2014 and won two awards. Fatima Abdollahyan currently works as an editor in the documentary film editorial department of Bayerischer Rundfunk, where she is responsible for documentary film, documentary series and the format "Lebenslinien".
