ROSHANAK KHODABAKHSH

Roshanak "Rosh" Khodabakhsh, born in Tehran/Iran, grew up in Cologne. After graduating from high school, she worked as an assistant on various TV and film productions. In 2009 she successfully completed her studies at the ifs international film schule köln in the department of creative production. After graduating from the ifs, she worked with director Ali Samadi-Ahadi as an associate producer on the Adolf Grimme Award-winning documentary THE GREEN WAVE. After further training at Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, in 2011 she started as a project manager and later co-producer for the production company One Fine Day Films, founded by Tom Tykwer and Marie Steinmann-Tykwer. In 2013 she started working as a freelance filmmaker for international and national TV and film productions and joined DCM as a producer in October 2019.
