BABYLON’13 is a film collective that is possible only in civil society.
The collective together after the violent dispersal of students on Independence Square in November 2013. Over the years, they have created more than 400 films that were published on social networks without attribution.
Today, the collective includes over a hundred activists: filmmakers, directors of photography, sound directors, producers, editors, translators, etc. Each of the members has a different age, experience, work style and director’s vision. But they are united by shared values and the desire to change the society through cinema.
