Benita Bailey

Benita Bailey is an actress, theater & film maker and lecturer. She studied International Relations and African Studies at the University of Leipzig and in Hong Kong as well as Acting in Berlin. She worked for the UN in New York and for the German government in Beijing and Berlin. She is currently developing her first feature-length film. She has also been developing the show #yellit on YouTube since July 2020, where she presents Black artists. Benita is a founding board member of the Black Filmmakers Association and lives with her family in Berlin and Toronto.
