Shin’ya Tsukamoto — a legend of radical Japanese auteur cinema — is presenting his latest work, SHADOW OF FIRE, in Munich. In this FilmTalk, he discusses the aesthetic and thematic approaches taken in his provocative life’s work. Other films in the Shin’ya Tsukamoto retrospective are TETSUO: THE IRON MAN (1989) and VITAL (2004).
