Young talent is a driver of innovation and a pillar of the film industry. However, many talented people find it difficult to gain a foothold in the industry and establish themselves. We discuss with our guests: How must the promotion of young talent be restructured in all areas of film production? How can a fair legal and economic framework be created for funding? What training strategies are necessary to counteract the shortage of skilled workers behind the camera and what can be achieved for young talent via the new Film Promotion Act?
