Alán González
Alán González, a Cuban screenwriter, director, and cinematographer, first gained recognition through his short films. EL HORMIGUERO (2006) and LA PROFESORA DE INGLÉS (2013), for example, received several awards. González is a co-founder and member of Viceversa, a collective that has been responsible for the screenplays of several films in the Caribbean region. WILD WOMAN is his first feature film as a director.
