Suspenseful cinema at its best, starring a ferocious Dale Dickey.
Anne smokes like a chimney, has a penchant for alcohol, and has just been kicked out of her knitting group for bad behavior. But she has some strengths as well, and she needs them when her property is seized and she’s sent to a retirement home. With icy determination, the senior citizen plans her revenge on the man who’s expropriated her, and she won’t shy away from violence.

Meet the director
Karl R. Hearne
Karl R. Hearne grew up in Montréal, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland. After attending McGill University, Nanjing University, and Concordia University, he made his first short film, a ghost story in Mandarin Chinese titled SONG, in 2002. His first feature film, TOUCHED, was screened at several festivals in 2017. THE G, his second feature film, premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in 2023.
