Meet the director
Daniel Hoesl, Julia Niemann
Daniel Hoesl attended universities in Salzburg, Vienna, and Prague. His first feature-length film, SOLDIER JANE (FILMFEST MÜNCHEN 2013), was about two women finding their way in life.
Julia Niemann is a writer and producer with the European Film Conspiracy filmmakers’ collective. She has worked with Daniel Hoesl several times, including on the documentary DAVOS (2020), which they directed together.
