A world premiere: A play of identities in idyllic desolation.
When Désirée’s mother cuts off her allowance and throws her out of their poolside vacation home, this threatens to put an end to her carefree lifestyle getaway. So she sets off with her lover and her gay friend on a trip through the barren landscape of Fuerteventura. The desert becomes the setting for a journey of self-discovery full of desires, challenges, and experiences that push her to her limits.

Meet the director
Frédéric Jaeger
Frédéric Jaeger studied film and philosophy at the Free University of Berlin as well as art and media in the specialist course on narrative film at the Berlin University of the Arts. ALL WE EVER WANTED (2024) is his graduation film. He has been artistic director of the Berlin Critics’ Week (2015–2020), programming director at the International Film Festival Mannheim-Heidelberg (2019–2023), and editor-in-chief of critic.de (2004–2023).
