An amusing trip starring Bobby Cannavale, Rose Byrne, and Robert De Niro.
Although Max’s career is telling jokes, his own life is anything but funny. The stand-up comedian is struggling to raise his autistic son, Ezra. Urged to transfer the boy to a special-needs school and put him on medication, Max instead kidnaps him and takes him cross-country, with his ex-wife and his father in pursuit.

Tony Goldwyn
Tony Goldwyn, born in Los Angeles in 1960, studied acting and began appearing in supporting roles on TV and in movies in 1986. The fantasy drama GHOST marked his breakthrough in 1990. In 1999, he directed his first film, the drama A WALK ON THE MOON. He went on to direct a number of episodes of such series as DEXTER (2006) and SCANDAL (2012). EZRA premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2023.
