Liane dreams of making it big as an influencer. It’s not easy. She makes ends meet by stealing. The 19-year-old is obsessed with beauty and sees it as a way out of a less than glamorous life. She has already had her breasts and lips done. Now her breakthrough could come: she’s given the chance to take part in the next season of a reality TV show.

Meet the director
Agathe Riedinger
Agathe Riedinger attended the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Her short films WAITING FOR JUPITER (2018) and EVE (2019) were screened at several festivals. Her debut film, WILD DIAMOND, is based on motifs from WAITING FOR JUPITER; it premiered in the main competition at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.
